Do I have to pay a deposit? If so, how much will it be?
On arrival, the tenant pays a security deposit in addition to the balance of the rent (minimum: 30%; maximum 50% of the rent), intended to cover any costs incurred in restoring the property. The owner is obliged to return the deposit to you within a maximum of one month (15 days for bed and breakfast accommodation), from the end of the stay, less any expenses incurred to repair any damage suffered, on presentation of supporting documents.
